Map History - CaO_Data_Platform (KODDA)

Use the Mapping History screen to see all actively running and previously executed mappings. It lists the last 5,000 mapping executions, most recent first. Open it from Monitor > Mapping History in the main header, or Map History in the left navigation menu.

Mappings that run as part of a workflow appear here too, one row per mapping execution. To see the workflow as a whole, use Workflow History.

Columns

Column	Description
Job	The unique job number of the execution.
Map	The mapping name. Click it to open the mapping in the Edit Mapping screen.
Status	The outcome of the run, shown as an icon. See Status Icons and Meanings.
Start / End	When the execution started and finished.
Count	The number of rows read from the source.
Inserts / Updates / Merges / Deletes	The number of rows inserted, updated, merged and deleted in the target. Which of these are populated depends on the mapping’s load type; a dash means the operation does not apply.
Log	A link to the log file for the run. Click it to download the text log, which contains the generated SQL and any error messages.
Run Time	The elapsed time of the execution.
(last column)	A Kill button is shown while a job is Running or Submitted. Click it to signal the agent to stop the mapping; you are asked to confirm. The job ends shortly afterwards with a status of Process Killed.

Working with the list

Use entries per page to change the number of rows shown per page.
Use Search to filter the rows — for example by map name, job number or date.
Click a column heading to sort by that column.
Use the «, ‹, page-number, › and » controls to move through the pages.
The list does not refresh automatically; reload the page to see new executions or updated statuses.
