Manage Users allows you to create new Kodda users or edit and remove existing users.
Simply click the icon to open the Create User screen shown below.
Clicking the icon followed by the icon will edit an existing user.
Clicking the icon followed by the icon will delete the user from the repository.
Enter one or more Groups to which the user will have access. Available Groups are:
User: A general user that can create, edit and run mappings and workflows, as well as monitor results. This user does not have the ability to create additional users or create connections within the Kodda Platform.
No_SQL: User privileges, without the ability to perform dynamic ad-hoc SQL via the Browse Data utility.
Admin: Full administrative privilege to your environment. This user has all features of a general User plus the ability to create connections as well as additional users.
Read Only: Users in this group have permissions to view mappings, workflows, schedules and execution history. Users belonging to the Read Only group cannot save changes.
Username: Enter the new username. Username's must be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
Password: Enter the password for this user. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
Confirm Password: Re-enter the password.
Create Button: Adds the user to the repository.
Cancel: Terminates the addition of the user without adding them.
